Senior Advisor – Oracle Asset Management

Full-time mandate for a senior advisor specializing in Oracle software asset management and licensing contract optimization.

You will support an internal team within a large public-sector organization to:

Assess the organization’s Oracle footprint (on-prem and cloud), including Oracle Java, and establish an asset baseline.
Design and implement Oracle asset-management and entitlement processes (tracking, compliance, optimization).
Produce analysis and strategic recommendations for senior leadership (contract options, procurement strategy, terms optimization).
Support the preparation and execution of an Oracle Java contract negotiation.
Deliver knowledge transfer (training, templates, best practices) to help sustain the capability.

Target profile

Significant experience with Oracle software asset management and baseline establishment.
Experience negotiating and managing enterprise-scale Oracle contracts in a complex organization.
Ability to provide strategic recommendations to director-level stakeholders.

The mandate is based in the Ottawa area (NCR), primarily on-site.
